1-on-1 Personal Training:

Our trainers are skilled in rehabilitation as well as injury prevention techniques, and a one on one setting is a perfect way to approach these circumstances. Prices range $60-$80 (packages and discounts available on site).
Small Group Training:
Small groups are capped at four people to still allow a personalized experience. We group you with people of your same skill level to make training the most beneficial and enjoyable. In this environment everyone feeds off of each other’s energy and really maximizes the workouts! Price range $32-$50(packages and discounts available on site).
A rigorous workout routine is for nothing if you are sabotaging your results with a poor diet. Let our nutrition coaches design a specialized meal plan for you to help reach your fitness goals. We offer diet tracking materials to allow you to take a more precise approach to fine-tuning your diet.
We offer a simple macro plan or we can write you a custom diet that changes monthly and is designed to coincide with your workouts for maximum efficiency. Price range $75-$150(discounts available with training packages)
